You may please note that if the application form with the payment is not received by the due date as indicated above, it would be assumed that you are not interested to participate and the booth allotted in your name will be released for allocation to the wait listed applicants.

As per the Terms & Conditions of booth allotment and exhibits in JJS, “To qualify for a specific section, a minimum of 70% of exhibits should be of that particular item or commodity.” Non-Compliance of this norm can amount to immediate closure of the booth, barring you or your sister concerns from participation at the show from the following year in addition to the penalty that might be imposed.

Exhibitors along with all the members of their company, are requested to carry their vaccination certificate (1dose or 2 dose). In case of single dose, they are required to produce RT-PCR Covid-19 negative report, not older than 48 hours of their entry to the event. A photo copy will have to be submitted at the time of registration or entry.
