I, Partner/Proprietor/Director of M/s acting as Private stall Contractor for Jaipur Jewellery Show to be held at JECC, Sitapura, Jaipur from the 22 to the 25 of December 2023 hereby, confirm and declare that I have taken complete safety measures regarding my part of activity to ensure that no accident and no loss of human life or injury to anybody takes place on account of any lapse on our part during/before/after the said show dates.
I will be personally responsible for any act resulting into any accident on account of our lapse. And I also confirm that I am authorized to sign on behalf of the firm/company.
Exhibitors will be liable to pay an extra charge if they continue to construct their booths beyond the deadline (i.e. 10 pm on 12nd Dec’23) Construction of booths on 19th Dec. till 3:00 PM. Rs. 10,000/- per 9 sq. mtr. booth for 12 hrs. or part thereof.
No construction or allied works will be allowed after 3:00 pm. on 23rd Dec’23.
I have read and understood the terms and conditions for participation in JJS and agree to the same.
